What direct services are available to students?

Student Services: 

*Five counselors, three deans, and one resource officer

English Language Learners (ELL):

*House BCSC Cultural Learning Center

*Two teachers, two assistants, and One Parent Engagement Interpreter

Special Education: 

*Ten teachers, twenty-two assistants, and specialists in

Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Orthopedics,

 Low Vision and Hard of Hearing

Graduation Assistance: 

*Five iGrad coaches serving 270 students

*One Latino College and Career Readiness Coach

Health Services: 

*One registered and one practical nurse

*One Centerstone Family Support Specialist

*Full Bookstore, Technology, Food, and Custodial Support Services

What student activities are offered?

*Active Student Government

*Over 30 service clubs, interest clubs, and honorary societies

*Nationally recognized co-curricular Journalism, Band, and Choir

*Theater program including annual and student developed productions

*Co-curricular and curricular competitive teams

*Rich history of success with 22 athletic teams:

*37 State IHSAA Championships and 18 Mental Attitude Award Winners

Advanced Placement (AP): 

*Indiana AP District Honor Roll Award School

*23 AP Courses offered and over 1200 enrollments

*In 2018, 70% of AP students at CNHS with a score of 3 or higher

Dual Credit Program:

*Indiana Department Of Education Dual Credit Award

*Partnerships with IU, Ivy Tech, PU, and IUPUC

*Nearly 1800 enrollments for Dual Credit in 95 course options

*Over 6200 college credits earned in 2018 from academic and C4 programs
