  • 2052 Students   (999 Males/1053 Females)
  • (9th = 559, 10th = 546, 11th = 489, 12th = 458)
  • *40 student languages or dialects from 36 countries of origin

What direct services are available to students?

Student Services: 

  • *Five counselors, three deans, and one resource officer

English Language Learners (ELL):

  • *House BCSC Cultural Learning Center
  • *Two teachers, three assistants, and One Parent Engagement Interpreter

Special Education: 

  • *Eleven teachers, twenty-two assistants, and specialists in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Orthopedics,  Low Vision and Hard of Hearing

Graduation Assistance: 

  • *Five iGrad coaches serving 270 students
  • *One Latino College and Career Readiness Coach

Health Services: 

  • *One registered and one practical nurse
  • *One Centerstone Family Support Specialist

Full Bookstore, Technology, Food, and Custodial Support Services


What student activities are offered?

  • *Active Student Government
  • *Over 30 service clubs, interest clubs, and honorary societies
  • *Nationally recognized co-curricular Journalism, Band, and Choir
  • *Theater program including annual and student developed productions
  • *Co-curricular and curricular competitive teams
  • *Rich history of success with 22 athletic teams:
    • 37 State IHSAA Championships and 18 Mental Attitude Award Winners

  • Advanced Placement (AP):  *Indiana AP District Honor Roll Award School
    • *23 AP Courses offered and over 1200 enrollments
    • * 70% of AP students at CNHS with a score of 3 or higher
    • *67 AP Scholars, earning a 3 or higher on 3 or more AP Exams
  • Dual Credit Program: *Indiana Department Of Education Dual Credit Award
    • *Over 3000 college credits earned in 2019
    • *Nearly 1800 enrollments for Dual Credit in 95 course options
    • *Partnerships with IU, Ivy Tech, PU, and IUPUC
  • Senior Project requirement with community service and career components
  • C4 Program: 
    • * 21 Career Pathways, 80 dual credit course options
    • *Over 400 industry certifications earned last year with 16 types available
    • *Over 600 business, industry, and community partners
