About Us
We were created in October 2007 when members of the Bartholomew County area realized teens no longer viewed volunteering as something done out of the goodness of their own hearts, but as a punishment. VolunTEEN has met with many agencies in the community and has worked to expand their thinking of how to better utilize teen help. Many agencies have not only changed and developed their teen volunteer opportunities, but have changed their perspective on teens as a whole.
