Our class focuses on the human body by basing all of our activities on the elements of fitness. We have a schedule set up to meet all of these needs. Each day focuses on one main area of fitness. Our goal is that we learn different activities that relate to these areas, then we can apply them lifelong. Pictures of our facilities are located by clicking the link to the right.
