The Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation
Health Trust was established by the BCSC Board of
School Trustees to hold, invest and reinvest Trust Funds;
and pay benefits with the health and dental plan from the
assets of the Trust through the plan supervisor. The Trust
is regulated by the Trust Agreement, effective January 1,
1994, as amended.
