L. C. Schmitt Elementary School

Computer Lab

Donations of pencils, tissues and hand sanitizer always welcome

Headphones or earbuds are essential for use in the lab. All students should bring in a pair at the beginning of the school year.

Students go to the computer lab at least once a week. The computer Lab is a great place for your students to learn skills such as keyboarding. We have many programs that teach a variety of skills making learning fun. They have fun practicing their math skills on programs such as Turbo Math (race cars). They will learn to research subjects on the internet in a safe and supervised setting. These skills will play a very important part in their middle school and high school careers.  Ask your child what he/she did in the lab this week. They may surprise you!
