Equipment Care Information
a. Located in the top tray of the workstation.
b. Calculator should be returned to its proper location after using.c. Any calculator that does not operate properly should be brought to your instructors attention immediately.
TURN ON YOUR CALL LIGHT!
a. Students are only allowed to turn the monitors on or off.
b. Students should NOT make any other adjustments to the monitor.
c. Keyboard, Mousepad, and Mouse should be neatly arranged in front of monitor.
d. DO NOT turn the Computer off unless instructed to do so by your teacher.
e. Always leave the computers at the “Windows Log In” screen.
3. Module Library:
a. Straighten up the Module Library
b. Be sure the books do not have any bent or folded corners.
c. Arrange books according to numbers.
d. DO NOT PUT STUDENT MODULE NOTEBOOK INSIDE THE BOOK ENDS!
e. If you discover any problems or have concerns, TURN ON YOUR CALL LIGHT and discuss them with your teacher.
4. Module Furniture:
a. Clean up all scrap paper at and around your workspace..
Straighten the paper trays at your workstation.
b. Clean up all pencil marks and smudges on you desktop.
c. Contact the Lab Manager/instructor to get cleaning materials to wipe your desktop.
d. Do not make any adjustments to your desk chair.
e. Be sure to push it in before leaving.
a. DO NOT WRAP HEADPHONE CORDS AROUND HEADPHONES.
b. Headphone cords should NOT be pushed under the computer shelf
c. Headphones should NOT be slid under the shelf as well.d. DO NOT TWIST OR UNTWIST headphone cords.e. DO NOT UNPLUG AND REPLUG HEADPHONES. Do not play with the headphone connection
a. Straighten all equipment in the cabinet beside your workstation.
b. BE SURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS INSIDE THE CABINET BEFORE CLOSING THE DOORS
c. Any electrical adapters, timing devices, and/or scales should be placed on the top of your Tamberet .
