    Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors can pick up schedules and books on August 2nd, 5th, or 6th between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.

  • Freshmen & New Student Orientation

    Orientation for freshmen and new incoming students will be Tuesday, August 6th. There are two sessions: 


    A morning session from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. for students with the last names A-M. 


    An afternoon session 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. for students with the last names N-Z.  


    Parents are not required to attend orientation, and if a student cannot make it to his or her designated session, they may attend either time. 

     

    PARENTS of freshmen and all incoming new students are strongly encouraged to attend one of our New Student Parent Meetings (students are not required to attend).

    Monday, August 5th - 6 p.m -7p.m.

    or

    Tuesday, August 6th - 11 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

  • Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship
    The 2020 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship is now available.  Applications, including all required information,  must be submitted by 5 pm on Aug. 23, 2019.  Students who would like to apply to should go to the heritagefundbc.org for a link to important eligibility information and application instructions.

  • 2018-2021 School Calendar

    The 2018-2021 official calendar has been approved by the school board. 

     

    Two major changes include Thanksgiving Break decreasing from 1 week to 3 days and the "snow make up days" of Spring Break moving to the FIRST week of break. The only guaranteed week of Spring Break will be the second week. These changes will begin with the 2018-2019 school year.

    Social Studies Academic Team earns State Runner-Up honors
     
    CEHS Social Studies Academic Team
     
    The Social Studies Academic Team competed in the Indiana Academic Super Bowl State Championship at Purdue University and finished as state runner-up in the Class 1 division. Congratulations to coach, Mr. Tyler Schmidt, and to team members, left to right, Emma Nolting, Gloria Henrichsen, and Zoe Barnsfather.

     Nyah Jessie and Sophia Ramierez named silver winners and national qualifiers
     
    Nyah Jessie and Sophia Ramirez, silver winners and national qualifiers in Community Service  
    Nyah Jessie and Sophia Ramirez, (L-R) were silver winners and national qualifiers in Community Service at the FCCLA State Leadership Conference in Muncie. The project was to make 10 tie blankets and donate them to Clarity. Interpersonal relations and other FCCLA members helped with the project. The two girls completed a 10-minute presentation to 3 judges.
